Service and Consultation Fee Refunds
Non-Refundable Professional Fees: All professional fees paid for diagnostics, consulting time, remote technical support sessions, or initial service calls are strictly non-refundable once the service or consultation has been initiated or performed.
Refunds for Cancellation (Before Service): If you cancel a service request or appointment before a technician or remote agent has begun work, you will be entitled to a full refund of any prepaid service fees, minus any applicable processing or cancellation fees mentioned in the Terms & Conditions.
Failed Service Delivery: If FastCare is unable to complete the agreed-upon technical service due to a reason directly attributable to our failure (e.g., lack of necessary expertise after promising the service), you will be entitled to a pro-rata refund for the unfinished portion of the service.

Product Returns and Refunds
This section applies to new components or devices purchased directly from FastCare.

Eligibility for Return: Physical products (e.g., hard drives, motherboards, accessories) can be returned within 7 days of delivery only if they are:
- Defective or Damaged upon receipt.
- Incorrectly shipped (wrong item delivered).
- Unopened and unused (in original, sealed packaging).

Return Process:
- You must notify FastCare Customer Support within the eligibility period.
- Upon approval, you will be issued a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Items returned without a valid RMA number may be refused.

Refund Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected (which can take 3-5 business days), the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Service Warranty
We stand by the quality of our repair and installation services.

Service Guarantee Period: FastCare provides a limited 30-day warranty on the work performed. This warranty covers the specific repair or service detailed on your original invoice.

Warranty Coverage: If the exact same issue recurs within the 30-day period due to a fault in the workmanship performed by a FastCare technician, we will provide the necessary labor to fix the problem again at no additional charge.

Exclusions from Warranty: This warranty does not cover:
- Issues unrelated to the original repair.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, power surge, or physical damage after the original service.
- Faults on pre-existing components not replaced or serviced by FastCare.

Duration: New components or devices installed or sold by FastCare carry a warranty of 90 days or the manufacturer's standard warranty, whichever is longer.
